The Team

THE ARCHITECTS OF REGENERATION

To turn a visionary concept into clinical reality, it requires more than just breakthrough chemistry. It requires a collision of disciplines. We are bridging the gap between advanced material science, the front lines of patient care, and global market execution.
We engineered the “Biological Nespresso” because we have the exact team required to disrupt the costly, 11-stage legacy wound care process and replace it with a single, elegant solution.

Adi Dagan

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Adi is a serial biomedical entrepreneur with a proven track record of bringing highly disruptive technologies from the laboratory to the center of the US healthcare market. Most recently, as Founder and CEO of Agada Medical, he spearheaded the world's first software planning platform for spine surgeons based on the internal forces acting within the patient's spine and predict surgery outcomes before a single incision is made. His ability to execute massive industry paradigm shifts was cemented during his 14-year tenure as Founder and CEO of Medical Compression Systems (MCS). In the early 2000s, under his leadership, MCS introduced the world's first miniature, mobile pneumatic compression system for DVT prevention. This technological leap practically eliminated the bulky, stationary machines that had previously dominated the space—establishing an industry gold standard, completing a successful IPO, and culminating in an acquisition by Zimmer. His career also spans the pharma industry as the Founder and CEO of Arava Bio Tech (2014–2018), where he successfully advanced a novel drug for chronic wound healing through the rigors of Phase 2 clinical trials. Today, Adi brings this unparalleled, battle-tested insight into healthcare technologies, commercialization, global market penetration, and cost-disruption models to drive the vision for Bio-Interventions.

Dr. Ram Avrahami

Founding Team Member & Clinical Anchor

The clinical architect ensuring our technology survives the realities of the modern wound care clinic. As a former vascular surgeon at Rabin Medical Center and the founder and owner of T.L.M., Israel's largest wound clinic, Dr. Avrahami represents the clinical frontline. Having spent his career performing vascular surgeries and managing complex, chronic ulcers, he possesses an intimate, hands-on understanding of the friction, failure points, and massive costs associated with current standard-of-care protocols. His frontline expertise guarantees that the Bio-Fab system isn't just a laboratory marvel, but a clinical inevitability—engineered to dismantle legacy protocols and become the new, undisputed gold standard in global wound care.

Prof. Eyal Zussman

Foundational Scientist

The scientific engine who translated 25 years of biomimetic research into a printable, regenerative reality. Prof. Zussman is the scientific engine behind our core technology. Backed by 25 years of pioneering research at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, he is recognized globally as a leading authority in nanotechnology, electrospinning, microfluidics, and the fabrication of extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffolds. His laboratory's breakthroughs in creating highly aligned, biodegradable nanofiber structures that flawlessly mimic human tissue serve as the direct scientific springboard that makes our handheld tissue regeneration printing possible.
